    Does the symbols on drawings have specific meanings?

    We use the initial letters when expressing each specification in English. (There are exceptional cases.)

    What does the “drive size” meaning?

    “Drive size” shows the dimension of power tool’s output spindle size.

    What is 3/8″ or 1/2″?

    It shows the size of socket’s drive size in Inches.

    What is the difference between B-30 and B-40 for driver sockets and bits?

    B-40 is also called “A type”, it’s mainlly applied with electrical power tools.
    B-30 is also called “B type”, it’s mainlly applied with pneumatic power tools.
    Please select applicable driver size with your power tools.

    Is it possible to magnetize screwdriver bits to keep screws are sticked on bits?

    It is possible with extra charges.
    Detachable Magnetic Rings (MRB series) and Magnetizer are also available.

    What does the meaning of such as 15A or 50A?

    It mentions nominal pipe size.

    What is the difference between AL series coupling Type20 and Type40?

    The connection size of Type 40 is more bigger than Type 20, and these 2 types are not interchangeable.
    Generally, Type 20 is apply with basic air piping, whereas Type 40 is apply on main piping part which requires bigger flow rate.

    Is it possible to flow air from plug to socket side for AL type20 coupling?

    No, the fluid must be flowed from socket to plug side for both AL coupling Type 20 and Type 40.
    We have our custom made TW Type which can flow both sides of socket and plug.

    Do you have any solutions to prevent unexpected disconnection of socket and plug?

    Yes, we have. (Standard is only available for AL type20.)
    Our lock mechanism by ditch and ball is effective for preventing unexpected disconnection.
    Double sleeve lock model which withstands vibration and resistant is also available as custom made product.

    Is it possible to apply the suitable seal packing for special fluid?

    Yes, it is possible.
    Please share the detailed information of fluid, temperature and pressure with us.

    What kinds of materials can be applied for custom made couplings?

    We always have steel, brass and stainless steel SUS304 for our standard materials, and SUS316 and SUS316L are also available as custom select material.

    Please provide the kinds of packing materials for couplings.　

    We have NBR and FKM for our standards, but also EPDM and Perfluoro® are available as custom select materials.
