Our machine technology makes by a wide variety of machine provides the detailed quality to suit with customer’s requests. We believe that our machine processing technicians who have passed the examination can try to manufacture the special request product which decline by other companies.

Machining facilities
Machining Center
“Machining center” consists of an Automatic Tool Changing mechanism (ATC), allowing for multiple cutting tools to be utilized during the machining process.
The core of an MC lies in its versatility, complex operations like drilling and milling by one machine.
General purpose lathe
The process of general purpose lathe manipulates by hand does not require the creation of a program for machining.
It is more suitable for custom made products that require individual adjustments during machining.
Machining process by NC lathe
NC lathe (Numerical Control Lathe) is an advanced machine that automatically processes materials using numerical control technology.
It is mainly used for the machining process of outer and inner diameters, threads and slits with numerical control.
Slotting machine
The working of slotting machine cuts the metal vertically making the shapes of square and hex.
It is suitable for high accuracy products and small quantity productions.
Power press machines
Power press machines operate by exerting enough force on materials which have prepared hole to make the shape of square and hex.
Due to the ability to perform tasks with speed, it’s suitable for high volume productions.
Robots
Collaborative robots
“Collaborative robots” is a form of robotic automation built to work safely alongside human workers in a shared.
Because collaborative robots are equipped with sensors to avoid collisions with human workers, it provides flexible installation without safety guard.
It is applicable in various tasks such as deliverying, assembling, packing, painting and welding, and the ability to work collaboratively with humans greatly expands the potential applications of robotic automation.
In fact, we had installed them on our manufacturing processes of laser marking and power press machines.
