Nagahori Industry Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and sales company of quick couplings, impact sockets and screwdriver bits.
Our high quality has been proved by our long experience, and improved the works of piping connection and fastener tightening.

We manufacture “impact sockets” which are widely applied in assembly lines of transportation equipment manufacturing, especially, we are good at designing of custom made sockets.
Our experiences are not only for sockets, it is also pipe couplings which are used in the leaking test process of engine manufacturing, screwdriver bits, driver sockets and TORX^® products as well.

In addition, we have just launched our solution business with collaboration robots to focus on efficiency and improvement of manufacturing sites for the future.

SOLUTIONS BUSINESS

The conventional work by human was simple repetitive tasks, and it was required safety competency.
However, ABB robots achieved automatic placement of work piece into pressing machine, and it provides quick motions and better productivity.

In the case of infrastructure construction, slope steps are installed on unstable ground instead of conventional steps, and it supports the comfortable life in local residents.
Also, we have the experience of rebuilding the entrance gate for school due to aging.
